The more we know about your property, it's use, it's history, & potential, the more we'll be able to help you save on your property taxes.
For commercial and industrial properties we will require examination of the following:
- Profit & Loss Statements for the last three years, if available
- Rent roll for the last three years
- Summary of Leases on leased property
- Appraisal if within the last two years
- Recent Listing and Marketing Material
- Purchase agreement if purchased property within the past two years
- Summer and Winter property tax bills
- Current Assessor's Valuations
- Current March Board of Review Appearance Notices
- Personal Property Statement submitted to the assessor
- Personal property tax bills
- Fixed Asset Ledger
- Capital Expenditure Costs / Projects needed
- Site survey, or any building plans or drawings showing lot and building sizes
