Documents We'll Need

The more we know about your property, it's use, it's history, & potential, the more we'll be able to help you save on your property taxes.

For commercial and industrial properties we will require examination of the following:
  • Profit & Loss Statements for the last three years, if available
  • Rent roll for the last three years
  • Summary of Leases on leased property
  • Appraisal if within the last two years
  • Recent Listing and Marketing Material
  • Purchase agreement if purchased property within the past two years
  • Summer and Winter property tax bills
  • Current Assessor's Valuations
  • Current March Board of Review Appearance Notices
  • Personal Property Statement submitted to the assessor
  • Personal property tax bills
  • Fixed Asset Ledger
  • Capital Expenditure Costs / Projects needed
  • Site survey, or any building plans or drawings showing lot and building sizes
